I don't know how I missed it before, but I noticed that a building has been torn down on the east side of the 800 block of Beloit--probably 814 Beloit, or so. Anyone know what's going on there?

If this has already been discussed and I missed it, sorry! I've been overwhelmed at work of late and have only been here sporadically of late.

Love the listing, it's listed as "MULTI-FAMILY LAND".  Ready for apartments to be built again?

Sorry, a brief moment of exasperation. Sorry. I was wrong. I appears to be multi-family zone.

You are correct, I think. Possibly it creeps into that multi-unit area. My mistake. But, wasn't it torn down because it was legal non-conforming? Didn't I read that?

I keep forgetting I have retired.. in a fairly dramatic way. Sorry
