Still do not know who the high bidder was or how much they paid. Suffice it to say you cannot move into this house as it is its gonna take alot of $$$$ to get it move in condition.

Those kids are definitly in for a life of horror..but i cannot say im sorry to see any of them go, they are going to grow up the way the rest of the family did ..they are now all some other towns problem 15 yrs was ENOUGH.

1033 Thomas ...supposedly went into foreclosure and was sold at auction on Dec 19th...scumbag who resides there said they had 30-45 days to get out, but after dissapearing for 2 weeks they are now all back in there. Very weird and disturbing.

According to the Cook County Court system's Full Case Docket web site, the chancery court lawsuit against the William's was non-suited or dismissed by agreement on Feb. 7.

Go to the County Clerk's Full Case Docket website-
http://www.cookcountyclerkofcourt.org/?section=CASEINFOPage&CASEINFOPage=2400 Under "select a division" you can choose civil, law, chancery and domestic relations. Most law suits are under civil and Law. Foreclosures are in chancery court. Click on the defendant button, then typed in the last name you're researching, then a comma, and the first name. Hit the "search now" button. The name came from the CC Assessor's website, where you can get the PIN for 1033 Thomas address. Then a check of the CC Recorder of Deeds website, where all mortgages, foreclosures, liens and other deed filings are recorded.

So today I talked with a very nice man who was taking pics of 1033..he said the bank now owns it and For Sale signs will be up shortly. I told him he better chrck first because I think we do not allow For Sale signs to go up. Sooooo Im back to happy again.

There is a squatter living there with the pitbull.. feel kind of bad for her the girl works and goes to school but has no place to go once she is booted out. I and my neighbor are very concerned about what will happen with the dog when she leaves. Police do know they are in the house.
