At Proviso West: Only 28.6 percent of all students meet or exceed state reading standards. Only 25.6 percent of all students meet or exceed state math standards.

At highly selective PMSA: 70.9 percent of all students meet or exceed state reading standards, and 68.8 percent of all students meet or exceed state math standards.

By way of comparison for the PMSA results, at non-selective OPRF, 67.7 percent of all students meet or exceed state math standards, and the required percentage met minimum standards on reading scores.
