I don't know how many properties they own in FP. I doubt that it's 50, but who knows? There are no FP listings on the site at this time. That could mean that the properties they own in town that are complete are fully leased. It could also mean that not all their homes are listed on the website (aforementioned operational issues).

Homevesters is a franchise. Shred the letter, then burn the shreds.
Well that's probably not fair. Some of the franchisees are trying to make their dreams come true, honestly, but anytime somebody wades into a financially complicated situation promising to solve everybody's problems, bad things tend to follow.

At minimum, HV buyers will not be paying fair market value. I'd want an ironclad, bulletproof contract with multiple safeguards against being caught holding the bag. It's a textbook predator/prey relationship.

Jujube, check out the website air bnb forest park. People can stay for a night or longer, just like a rooming house. Possibility for different 'guest/s' every week. I know I would not want that set up next to my home.
